Ugly shoes are back, the bigger and bulkier the better! This time last year Adidas Stan Smiths made a come back being worn by designers such as Marc Jacobs amongst every celebrity and fashion blogger going - they became a fashion classic. But now they take a back seat to the chunky shell-toed 90's favourite Superstars. Literally these were my playing out shoes back in the day! And now they're gracing the feet of anybody who's anybody - Jay z, Kate Moss, Caroline Flack, Rita Ora to name a few!
In my opinion the first thing you need to know about fashion this season are the colours black and white. So naturally I went for the all white. The black striped were also a big contender. Teamed with ripped skinny jeans they become the ultimate casual statement shoe of the moment. Or alternatively pair with a matching blazer and cigarette trouser combo for the perfect smart-lux style.
